Celsius barely has any Iron Stance, two hits are enough to break it or just one if the Arte has the Break rate up additional effect, like Divine Ascension. She's a bit unique however because her OTG Limit activates after two knockdowns instead of the usual three but, since her Iron Stance is so low, it doesn't matter at all. I'm basically free to do whatever I want! This was so much fun.
She's also weak to Slash so equipping a Fire weapon is not necessary and I can instead use a Dark one for the extra multiplier.
The main problem with Celsius is that she has one of the smallest hurtboxes as far as human bosses go, due to her crouching stance. Some Artes like Soaring Demon Fang or the last hit of Eradication Sweep (you know, the one with stun rate) will miss if used at point blank range, so being aware of my position and being able to push her away is important to ensure everything connects as intended.
As for the combo, Pale Ghost has enough hitstun to be used as an AC reset as long as it's followed up by something incredibly fast like Squall. It's important that I do it this way, even if there's little room for error, so the next Divine Ascension benefits from Quick Motion and hits while there's still a tiny bit of gauge left, otherwise it would be too slow and trigger a counter.
Celsius' knockdown timer is also longer than average so Divine Ascension somewhat long endlag doesn't break the combo like it would do against other enemies.
Then, Dragon's Maw is a pretty useful tool if used mid-combo since it can hit both Fire and Wind but as a downside, its last hit is a launch knockdown and you have to use an OTG like Up Normal or Demon Fang to continue the combo. You'd think all human bosses would be able to air recover before either attack can connect but most of them can be hit before they're able to act.
