THIS IS A TOOLS-ASSISTED DEMO

Thought it would be fun to see how much
the original Doom Done Turbo run could
be improved.


Level comments:

Episode 3: Most route ideas from Akse's e3dq-310, original DDT. Got this episode done far quicker than the previous two.

E3M1: Standard route, got through the imp room with quite a bit of health left.

E3M2: Just better running for a 1 second improvement.

E3M3: Short but irritating level; all the monsters are placed in my path and are annoying to get around. Take a detour to get the BFG in this level.

E3M4: Couldn't find a way to improve the level any further, although it may be possible. Otherwise, I use the standard route.

E3M5: I couldn't reach the teleporter before the column blocked my way in the blue key room, and waiting for it to rise up again take too long, so I used the teleporter I entered in for a two second improvement.

E3M6: Standard route, had to work a bit more to shave off another second.

E3M7: I saw the exit jump and a jump across the gap in the room past the blue door in a turbo run of the level on YouTube in ITYTD, but I'm not sure how it was done there as there isn't even any straferunning and the actual demo file is unavailable. I couldn't get the jump across the gap to work at all, but the exit jump was possible with a small boost that I get from wallrunning the edge of the column to the right of the exit door. Thus, I skipped the yellow key entirely.

E3M8:
-First level that I don't see any way of improving. I could definitely get a smaller millisecond time, but I can't see how I'd get below seven.

Never mind that. I modified the BFG shots to get it down another second.
