Having just uploaded a Robocod video I thought it best to do Terminator next for a Robocod vs Terminator vibe. In this case Robocod would win quite easily being the better game all round. Incidentally the proper Robocop vs Terminator is a stunning graphical showcase on Master System and an absolute banger on Megadrive.
This is T2 Terminator 2: Judgement Day on Sega Master System. It is a port of the 1991 NES title (from LJN......) but wasn't released until late 1993 & it leaves out the, somewhat frustrating, isometric motorbike level from the Nintendo version and was ported by Flying Edge
It has some nice presentation but the game is not great & even though you are a Terminator you never feel like an unstoppable cyborg from the future. Graphically you can tell it was originally a NES game however the controls are fast & responsive for the most part. A shame as it could have been a lot better but overall it is one of the weaker Terminator games out there.
I give it a quick play (terribly) here so hopefully that will show you a bit about this game.
This is my original PAL copy from back in the day played through a Powerbase convertor on my CDX/MultiMega through a Retrotink 5X for ease of capture.
