It has an extremely thorough tutorial, which is good because the amount of granularity is substantial. Control everything from individual councilors, countries, and space ships, to research, battles, and ship design. There is some great voice acting, an interesting story, and a sleek interface. I really like it and will probably spend some more time getting to know the game.
