The Coherence Process - From Wishing It to Living It - I have developed and very friendly and easy process for achieving life goals. It is even a spiritually based process.
In spiritual circles life goals and dreams are often frowned upon as being not spiritual but this is not so. We all have aspirations and goals in our lives. Some of them are more materially oriented and some are just part of being a human being wanting a good life.
The result is never spiritual or material. It is only the process we go though in realizing those goals and whether or not we make the goal the source of happiness rather than the day to day actions that lead to the goal.
With this in mind I created The Coherence Process. A very gentle way of working not just towards your life goals, but living from them.
