In this chapter, Elen continues to work on her side quests, this time mainly concentrating on the current issues of House Hlaalu, where a Dark Elf Brother by the name of Odral Helvi seems to undermine the fortunes of its member by running a series of shady side businesses. Charged by Crassius Curio to investigate his activities, Elen gradually sets the Dark Elf for a fall, sabotaging most of his errands and ultimately gathering enough evidence for his arrest and imprisonment. In addition to that, she also helps Crassius punish a notorious Nord outlaw, and executes a dangerous Necromancer on the outskirts of Hla Oad.
