This level was such a disappointment in my book and I can't really hide it in the video. We still have nothing but long, winding, absolutely linear paths where we need to activate some switches to get anything done.

In the first video, there was a lot of dialogue between the characters to flesh things out. This was something I was hoping to find a bit more of here and there, but it definitely took a backseat to everything else since Stiletta planned on seducing Theodore here. I'm kind of hoping the 4th video will return to how things appeared in the first.

My biggest complaints are pretty much as follows: the way that enemies interact with different magic spells makes Stiletta's Overdrive extremely situational, but more often than not, pretty worthless. This also stretches over to Zipadeedo since she has a water Overdrive that did nothing in part 2 or part 3. To make things even worse, there seems to be a lack of AOE skills to deal with groups of enemies, making some encounters even more annoying.

The last gripe I have that I didn't talk about the video is the equipment system. I need to find out how to boost the defensive power of my various characters, because it definitely seems the damage is rising a lot faster than my means to heal it. Plus, with two of my party members limited by their movesets, I can't really afford to take Mary off combat duty for too long.

So in summary, this is when the game hit a big snag in my eyes and the longer this video ran, the bigger the tear when I finished. I'm going to be playing a bit more into the weekend to determine if this is indeed the end of maybe just a rough patch in a gem of a game.
