It seems like nothing can keep a good robot down. Or a somewhat incompetent one as is the case with Mettaton. We continue to navigate through Hotland and have our next encounter with the mechanical monstrosity which culminates in us having to deal with some spiders. Luckily, it seems our generosity to the spiders at the very beginning of the game came back to save us. Or it could play out like that regardless, who knows?

At this point, I think the only bad thing I can say about the game is that the boss fights are kind of long for pacifist runs. In the case of the spiders, we have to cycle through the same types of attacks three times before the fight ends, and my main concern is that it is just going to get worse from here. It might not be as bad if there was something to change things up, but the only change up is whatever status effect the boss uses on you at the beginning of the battle. Depending on how fast they can be violently killed, it may not be as much of an issue for a genocide run. I hope to be able to check that after this playthrough.
