Hey guys, Altered State here. Welcome back to another episode of The Evil Within 2. It is a new Friday, which means a new session, and several more drunken episodes. In this first episode, we head back to the dreaded basement from the computer where our first clicker we encountered was. Sure enough she is still there, but this time we know how to kill her. We do so by using the sneak attack on her twice. Our whole reason for coming down here was to go in another room we couldn't open before, because we didn't have the shock bolt. We are sorely disappointed with what's on the other side, but at least we don't leave empty handed. We find a statue we missed before, and pick up a key, and killing the clicker yields us over 1000 green gel which we will happily accept. We waste our shock bolt, but decide to move on with making progress. We continue making our way towards the signal that we were told to investigate 8 episodes ago. We travel along the edge of the map, and come across a new cluster of buildings we haven't explored yet. We climb onto the balcony and find a suspicious trip wire that we can't seem to cut. We avoid it for now, but are in for a surprise on our way back. We trip the wire, our picture is taken, and then we have a clicker charge us at full speed. The picture bubble slows her down, with just enough time to make our slow motion escape and go hide. Unfortunately, the gunshot to the face didn't count towards killing her, and we have to do our two stealth attacks on her still. We are rewarded with ammo and a shotgun pouch for our patience. We move back to the streets and work on taking out another clicker, and soon a few more enemies appear after we kill her. We take these guys out too, before we end the episode. We end in front of a house we intend to explore next time, and what lies inside is more than we bargained for.
