Hey guys, Altered State here. Welcome back to another episode of Middle Earth: Shadow of War. In this episode we do some more side missions, namely the shadows of the past missions, thinking this will unlock the main mission for us. However, little do we know, the main mission is actually back in our previously visited region. We collect some Ithildin messages, and artifacts nearby to get those out of the way, on our way to our first shadows of the past mission in this region. We are interrupted by a couple of captains, and the Gondorian Sergent once again comes out of nowhere to save us. However, we are killed by a regular little orc, who is then promoted. We will find him again later I'm sure, and we can have our revenge. For now though we decide to focus on our missions. We start Aphadad, where we take on the role of Celebrimbor in the past again. This time we are mounted on a Caragor, and are tasked with killing orcs stealthily, maintaining non-detection, and stealth killing from above. The Caragor is quite the agile creature, despite its bulky size. Once we complete this mission, gold medal and all, we begin to head towards another shadows of the past mission. We have a little fun along the way with out new mighty shot ability, as well as stealth killing orcs. We collect another piece of the Ithildin poem, and upgrade our gems for our weapons. We make it to the mission Cannas, and get to play with the bird of prey technique, which involves killing enemies with elf shot while falling in slow motion. We fail to do it before time runs out, but achieve one of the bonus objectives of killing with head shots. Once finished, we head towards another Ithildin piece of the puzzle, and head on our way to solve the poem. After reading our last word, we are ambushed by the Tark Slayer again, but quickly dispatch him this time. We decide to head towards the barrows, but end the episode so we don't make it too long. We'll solve the puzzle next time.
