1DM Notes: Bamalab Yo'ina is the result of my earlier theories about how magic would work on this continent. She doesn't understand how spellcasting works on other continents and she gets a lot of false positives, but she also knows an idiot when she sees one and she's covered in magic items made from the body parts of magical birds, mammals, and so on, items that allow her to harm spirits and otherwise interact with the supernatural. Side note: the vampire never actually left after taunting the party. After confirming Temper's detection range, he's been following them around just out of that range in his mist form, and thanks to the city's perpetual fog he's effectively invisible.
