The Last of Us Part II with Gyro Aiming on PS5 BC - The Gyroscopic Controls Project
With the release of the Grounded update, TLOU2 added Motion Sensor Aiming functionality to the list of accessible controls scheme.
There has been a set of videos that showcase it in action, but not some that extensively covers the settings and key differences. Even moreso when TLOU2 received a PS5 BC+ patch that enables 60fps.
During a conversation over on the Gyro Gaming discord server, I was curious to see if 60fps and a DualSense controller could make a difference than 30fps and DualShock 4, it was worth a test...but I was in vacation during that time.
One month later, I got back home and went to work.
In this video, I'll be highlighting that difference, captured on PlayStation 5 via Backwards Compatibility+ mode.
