The Joystick Deadzone source ("Deadzone Type", for short) is a selection of modes that changes the way how the Deadzone functions in any game, either by using your Calibrated Controller as a baseline, make a custom deadzone setup for Keyboard/Mouse-only games or let the game do it themselves using their own In-Game Deadzone settings.

Editor's Note: I haven't done any voiceover in a long time, I gotten rusty for this one (last time I did was with Horizon Zero Dawn PC Gyro Aim video), and together with a new Headset (with a Microphone that constantly changes the sensitivity of the mic despite turning it off) it makes for some low-quality experience compare to my previous headset, despite my best efforts to clean up the voiceover audio.
