The Lego Creator Expert Assembly Square! (Building and Reviewing the 10th Anniversary Modular Set!!)
22In todays video we are building and reviewing the Lego Creator Expert Assembly Square set #10255, with 4,002 pieces. This set is a special unicorn in its own right. It is the longest running Lego Modular building coming it at around 6 years. It has gone through round 3 price changes. It is on sale until December 2023, then it will be retired. It current price is $300. Bag step count is only 6, so each step contains 2 to 4 bags a piece. I managed two steps a day, it was a bit hard, but totally worth it. There is three building on the 48 by 32 MILS plate. Starting in building one, on the highest level we have a thinly decorated ballet studio. The piano and wall mirror are the biggest stand outs on this level. Going down to level two, we have a instrument store. Overall nothing big to report here, it is thinly detailed as well. On the bottom level, we have a highly decorated cafe. I love the outdoor seating among other nice details in this cafe. Going onto the middle building, on the highest level, we have an outdoor kitchen. This kitchen is detailed nicely and looks like a nice place to visit. Mid level, we have a photography studio, this area is uniquely detailed and kind cool. On the bottom, We have a highly details floral shop. I love all the flowers in this area. The third and final building, starting at the top, we have a studio apartment. Now this apartment is super cool, it features a train set, a fold out couch, and so much more! Mid level we have a dentist office, this is a flat out amazing level. I love all the dental equipment and the office is nicely done too. On the bottom level, we have a fully detailed bakery. I like all of the details making the pastries and having them displayed around the level. There is also I nice water fountain featured centered in the build. Overall I do recommend this set. If you either collect the buildings, or have a city, and you don’t have this, you need to get it. I can see this having a really high second market price after January 2024.
