Lego Ideas Tales of the Space Age!! (I Was Deeply Surprised with the Build & Design of This Set!)
In todays video, we do a quick review on the new Lego Ideas Tales of the Space Age set #21340, with 688 pieces. This was a set I was extremely indecisive on. I did decide to buy the set while I was visiting the Lego store to raid the PAB wall. My wife did build this set on our 9 year anniversary night. The build is a tad repetitive, and the technic beams are hard to get on the friction pins. But it is designed like this to be stronger. This is a set that can be hung, or have all the pieces interlock. Going through each piece, one has like a shooting star or comet, another appears to be Mars, one is a rocket launch, and the last is Saturn. Each piece is 5.5 x 3.5 inches and are made with some amazing spectrum from each color. I do like how close the Lego team kept this to the original submission, it seems the biggest difference is the base colors of the set. I wasn’t going to review this set, and was going back and forth on it alot, but I’m glad I did now. The pops of color look great in my Lego Studio. I highly recommend this set if you have not already bought it. It is only $50 US, and that is a crazy value. If you like videos like this please Like, Share, and Subscribe!
