Lego Fairgrounds Collection Haunted House! (Time For A Spooky Build & Review!)
In todays video we build and review the Lego Fairgrounds Collection Haunted House set #10273, with 3,231 pieces. I start this video off with a brief introduction and then we go over all they details the box can give us. We then go into the unboxing where we find a good sized book and 18 bags. After the timelapse of the build, we go into the review portion of the video. Starting off with the front we are greeted by a doorman, and a couple minifigs waiting outside. There is a small graveyard, with a nod to past Lego designer Tiago as well as a ghost. The front doors do open on a mechanism. The exterior of the building is gothic themed and nicely detailed. Going inside the manor you start to see the story unfold. This set is themed after a late 90’s adventure Lego set about Von Barron. In the mansion there are many items from Barron that where stolen in his adventures. The biggest piece of this is the portrait with the mummy ghost haunting him. The ride feature of the set is quite unique and cool. It is made with several gears and pulleys and a chain. The Chain you have to build out of over 150 pieces! Unfortunately, the book does not give proper instruction on how to install this chain. The ride is nicely detailed and works without a single flaw. This set is one that will be retiring December 2023. It is currently selling for $300 US. If you are indecisive on this set, I do highly recommend it. It is even a nice touch for the Lego city!
