Hello, blessings and thank you for watching, here I get real about sin, what it is and use myself as an example in this.
We are all saved by grace, not through good works, many who say they have conquered certain sins, especially those of the flesh, are lying too, (or at least relapse.)
I am guilty of behaviors, that without God's intervention I will never be free from, which is why I am thankful for God's salvation.
Some have been genuinely delivered from certain sins and addictions etc, but I am telling you that they are in a minority, we should however see those who have as an inspiration.

I jokingly use my waistline (kinda weird I did, as I'm actually losing weight atm lol), as an example of our physical weaknesses and imperfections.
We should all get real and be upfront and honest about ourselves, as much as we reasonably can be, and be glad we have such a wonderful Lord and saviour.
Yes, all have fallen short of the glory of God, but let's not beat ourselves up about it either, let's have a sense of humour, but take sin seriously at the same time.
We should strive to become better people, but realize that our fallen state is a condition, that no amount of good works or 'trying our best' will resolve.
Don't forget, we are comparing ourselves to a holy God, let's not lose sight of this.

*The flesh is weak, the only good I can do is through God himself, who makes use of this imperfect vessel, Amen.*
