THE SEWER IS NOT FUN | The Last Of Us Remastered Playthrough - Part 18
5Hey everybody! Welcome back to my The Last Of Us Remastered playthrough, Henry just pulled us from the water and it is time to keep moving. Running down the beach I find a boat with a note on it from someone who had been living at sea during the breakout but had to come to shore after so long.I look around a bit more and realize there is no where else to go but into the sewer. As we make our way through we find more notes from the captain and what he had done and been through. We go through a few things here and there to be able to continue through but luckily there haven't been to many infected here so far. I do find a room with a couple clickers but it is pretty easy to sneak in and take them both out. We eventually find a note about Ish finding other survivors and wanting to bring them down here. Not too long later we find a place that looks like it was an old settlement. There is furniture and wall paintings and toys for kids but it is abandoned. It seems that the infected got in and no one was spared. We make our way through the place and when we find what looks like a way out Joel accidentally triggers a trap that drops a giants door and separates us. It leave me with Sam and Ellie on the other side with Henry. We try to open the door but the sound attacked some clickers on the other side so Henry and Ellie need to run. Unfortunately for us we have a couple clickers and several stalkers fill into our side as well and suddenly the sewer is not fun. It takes a bit but eventually I clear the area and manage to gather together some great supplies as well. A little further up we hear Ellie yelling, hopefully her and Henry fared as well as we did!
The Last of Us is a genre-defining experience blending survival and action elements to tell a character driven story about a population decimated by a modern plague. 20 years after a pandemic has radically changed known civilization, cities are abandoned and being reclaimed by nature, infected humans run wild and survivors are killing each other for food, weapons; whatever they can get their hands on. Joel, a violent survivor, is hired to smuggle a 14 year-old girl, Ellie, out of an oppressive military quarantine zone, but what starts as a small job soon transforms into a brutal journey across the U.S.
