The Temple of Elemental Evil review: Overlooked or Overrated? It this RPG worth playing in 2021?
Welcome to our The Temple of Elemental Evil Review. The masterminds of true Role Playing gave us Arcanum and Vampire the Masquerade Bloodline. For their third game, they joined forces with Wizards of the Coast and publishers Atari to give us their take on world of Dungeons and Dragons. Is it everything we expect? Is it on par with titans like Baldur's Gate 2, Icewind Dale 2, Neverwinter Nights 2 and Planescape: Torment?
Solasta Crown of the Magister is a spiritual successor of sorts to The Temple of Elemental Evil? How do they compare? Hopefully you'll find some of these answers in this video. This is a computer RPG review, it's not meant to comment on the D&D ruleset or on how well the game implemented it in its mechanics. This review is for a non RPG specialized gamer who's maybe hyped about Baldur's Gate III because of the trailers and footage of BG3 he or she has seen and who has maybe played Larian Studio's Divinity Original Sin II.Hopefully our review will help you decide. We still encourage to watch videos on Temple of Elemental Evil gameplay. This review is based on a criteria that assigns weights to aspects of the game that are particularly important for me. It is not meant to be the ultimate truth about the game. Classic Role Playing Games are my favorite video game genre for a reason and there are a few things I expect from them...
