Elder Leaxa is first, and her area is quite small. All of her abilities will inflict a DoT/Healing absorb combo so it's crucial to stay on your toes. Kick Blood Bolt, dodge Creeping Rot, get out of Sanguine Feast and most importantly kill the Blood Effigy adds ASAP.
Cragmaw the Infested is second, and he shares a model with the Crawg Harness mount. In his encounter, run over Blood Ticks to squash them and prevent them from forming into adds. Dodge the frontal cone and the charge, and kill any adds that do spawn.
Sporecaller Zancha is a mushroom management fight. Don't touch green spores. Stand near them if you get Upheaval, and the tank needs to keep their back near to and relatively close to spores so that the Shockwave cone takes some out. Healers will want cooldowns for Festering Harvest if there are many spores up. Don't stand too near the red mushrooms on Heroic and Mythic - they'll send spherical spores criss crossing the area and it's easier to dodge with some headroom.
Unbound Abomination is last. Killing Blood Visage adds that he spawns (at 100 energy, energy grown by damage taken) is the only way to damage the boss. Clear your Putrid Blood stacks in the golden Cleansing Light circle. ping down Spores when they're over existing rot on the floor.
