The venue of the 44th FIDE Chess Olympiad 2022 is the Four points Sheraton located in Mahabalipuram, Chennai. The entire hotel which is 20 acres in size is going to be used for the Chess Olympiad starting from the 28th of July to 8th of August 2022. IM Sagar Shah visited the venue, 98 days before the event and gives you a glimpse of what you can expect at the biggest chess event to take place on Indian soil.
