122Seems like this is more than Covid-Correction and the mainstream industry is in some sort of trouble?
2023 saw a lot of unexpected hits, not from the usual companies known for fleecing people which would of sent them into a panic.
It's no longer quite as easy to predict which games will be big success stories and "fun factor" isn't something that seems most important to players, not something suits using a spreadsheet can formularise.
Adding to this, Suicide Squad showed that the gaming community can basically turn a game into a flop even before it comes out, killing all interest.
interesting times ahead (hopefully a good one for indies...)
