This new Quest 2 game is HILARIOUS // The BEST WORST Quest 2 Co Op Horror Game!
344I haven't laughed this much in a long time, Project Terminus VR launches for the Oculus Quest 2 (Quest 1 & PC VR) on the 28th of October and it's some of the most hilariously janky but wonderfully endearing VR co op action I've experienced since Phasmophobia. This new Quest 2 game throws players into the abandoned subways of Paris and tasks them with trying to survive in the darkness whilst avoiding the creatures that lurk within...and it's hilarious. Wobbly characters, weird looking animations, some genuinely awesome gameplay and lots of laughter all come together to form the Project Terminus Quest 2 gameplay experience, an absolute riot with friends that does fail to create any meaningful scares due to it's wonky aesthetics.
If you're looking for Quest 2 co op horror games or multiplayer vr horror games Quest 2 doesn't have a particularly extensive library, I'm actually struggling to think of any whilst writing this description. So Project Terminus VR fills a very specific void in the Quest library, a game you can play with four people that sets you free in a big interconnected horror world with puzzles to solve and enemies to overcome is VERY appealing. Quest 2 users looking for a Phasmophobia style experience will no doubt be excited at the sound of this one. However as this video shows the game certainly lands more on the "comedy" side of things than the "horror" elements but that didn't stop us from having a silly good time playing one of the weirdest new Quest 2 games this year.
