Thunder Attack – First Mission is a Shockwave-based on-rails light-gun shooter once hosted on Agame.com. You play as part of an elite covert ops unit ordered to neutralize terrorists who have seized an office complex and armed themselves with a stolen nuclear device. The game feels like a mix between arcade classics such as Virtua Cop and PC FMV shootersβ€”cinematic news reports and Metal Gear Solid inspired cutscene briefings set the tone before you’re thrown into a gritty β€œTime Crisis”-style presentation. Developed in the mid-2000s (exact developer unknown, but published through Agame.com), Thunder Attack came loaded with a tense atmosphere, complete with nuclear crisis threats.

The gameplay is simple but relentless: you aim and fire with the mouse, hit the space bar to reload, and shoot medikits for health or weapon crates for upgrades. Each level escalates as wave after wave of terrorists burst out of corridors, stairwells, and office windows, keeping you under constant pressure.

As a style piece, Thunder Attack stands out as one of the rare Shockwave lightgun shooters of its era.
