To Boldly Go | Trappist (Story-Based Sci-Fi Colony Builder)
191Trappist is a sci-f- colony builder game where we control a group of brave spacefaring people who arrive in the shiny new solar system of Trappist-1 with the plan being to make it their new home!
On our journey we explore planets, build colonies, gather resources, make goods, create trade routes and discover more about the new part of space we've decided to call home. Plus we have a floating spaceship home which can slowly power across the system we find ourselves in.
We begin by thawing out some of our cryo-frozen settlers and then settling on a nearby desert planet. We build a basic infrastructure of homes, power generators, wells and some delicious potato farms! Potatoes for all!
We then expand to another settlement on the same planet, this time in search of oil! With oil we can do many exciting things, like make plastic to then make oxygen bottles (oxygen is important in space). We also try to set up a trade route between the two settlements, an activity which as you might expect goes a bit wrong!
After some more planet exploring we find a nice jungle planet and also a moon rich in iron, which is useful for us to make metal beams for construction. However there is a slight issue in that some of our people on the desert planet are being turned into strange brown goo...

Trappist is a story-driven colony builder with resource management in the Trappist-1 solar system, and a focus on care-free building and story.
It's easy to play and respectful of your time. You'll create and grow multiple colonies in the Trappist-1 solar system, meet new alien friends and explore the mysteries of Trappist.
Trappist is fully playable from beginning to end and is under active development with more stories, colonies and improvements coming.

Fly through the Trappist-1 solar system and survey each planet to find the best locations for your colonies.
Discover and excavate alien artifacts hidden in the system and uncover the true purpose of Trappist-1.
Build your colonies
Build colonies on the planets and moons of Trappist-1. Each colony has distinct resources and buildings that are necessary for success.
Fill your cargo ships with the extracted resources and fly them to your manufacturing or population centers. Create automated trading routes for stable production chains across your colonies.
Fly your Ark as a mobile colony or place it strategically as your central trading hub.
