Mission: Destroy the Containers [Elite Faction Mission]
Briefing:
About a month ago, an old US Spy Satellite crashed into the Pacific Ocean after failing to maintain its orbit that lasted almost 3 decades.
At the height of the Cold War, this satellite was the most advanced of its kind, the first ever able to provide advanced early warning, electronic reconnaissance, optical and radar imaging surveillance like no other. The satellite, designated KH-11D, was once rumoured to have tapped into the comms of a known terrorist group hidden in the middle of the Libyan desert, before a team of Spec-Ops was sent in to eliminate them.
Most of her equipment was obsolete, save for its signal system which is able to intercept even the most complex encrypted radio waves. Initially, the NSA, who was in charge of its use, presumed it destroyed, but when a Marine Task Force recovered and verified the remaining wreckage, they confirmed some vital parts to be missing. Alarmed, the NSA and CIA searched vigorously until they discovered that Sentinel were behind the unlawful recovery of the classified contents.
Our guys at intel dug in further and after some extensive search confirmed, with the help of the Outcasts, the presence of the materials at the Auroa Power Plant in the Channels province. What plan Sentinel have for these parts we're not sure, but what's important now is to infiltrate the facility and take out the remaining components.
Many bad scenarios could come from this situations, including the selling of the material to the highest bidder, like the Russians or Chinese. This cannot be allowed.
Beware, our drone feed shows a heavy enemy presence with ground and air drones. We recommend a night insertion with a priority of stealth for maximum effect.
Good luck, Ghosts!
