Mission: Clear out the Valley & Take out the Glitching Drone
Briefing:
Outcast recon sniper groups were cut-off from their main squadrons while patrolling the waterfall area west of Long Valley in the Wild Coast province. They were ambushed by a series of aerial drones and managed to take most of them out before going into hiding. They have a casualty and some injuries, one serious, but until we clear a path, Outcast reinforcements won't be able to provide them any medial aid.
They've requested our assistance, but after viewing the latest drone footage from our intel team, Command feels that by simply sending you to provide extra firepower will only lead to a higher number of casualties. After some evaluation, Command feels the best way to give these Outcasts a chance is to draw the enemy's attention elsewhere.
Ghosts, you will assault the Storage Depot and Checkpoint Tiger Foxtrot right by the Long Valley river. This will force Sentinel patrols to head into your direction and open a pathway for Outcast reinforcements. Once completed, head to the waterfalls and take out the remaining drone still active in the area.
Once you've secured the area, we will radio the Outcasts to proceed with the rescue.
