Briefing:
The Black Coats were formed by a group of mid-western evangelist extremists who, above all, go against anything that is based on science, medicine and other studies which they deem 'un-Godly'. Their popularity grew when they reached out to those who also had radical tendencies and affiliated themselves to 'anti-vaxxers' and 'anti-abortion' groups. Since then, they've vowed to remove anything that goes against their Christian beliefs and, quote, 'to remove all the works of the devil in our beloved God country, once and for all, as it is the will of God.'

Until recently, they were a small-time group who were under the observation of the FBI but never drew much attention, until Fourth Echelon uncovered their plan while gathering intel from someone's Penthouse in New York City. It's a political web that's too complex to go into, but what concerns us is that Sentinel's part was supplying chemical weapons to the Black Coats who were then planning to detonate them in different cities in the US considered 'too liberal'. Cities included San Francisco, Seattle, New York City, Chicago, Columbus and Washington D.C. Thanks to your intervention, we've cut off this supply, but there are still the remaining bombs back home that need dealing with.

Forth Echelon have learnt that the final packaging of these weapons took place at the World Seedvault in New Stirling, before they were shipped out. This means there is bound to be a Skell Tech worker in there who should know the current whereabouts of the bomb, or at least point us to essential intel that can help us find them. We do believe there is one Engineer who has worked closely with Dr Reeves and is currently placed there, but the good doctor will not share her name or other details. Thankfully we managed to pull out a photo of them together, so you'll be able to identify her easily enough. Beware though, that the place is heavily guarded and there are enemy air units on standby as well. We believe they have placed a tracker on her, so expect a swift enemy QRF once you leave the premises with the potential hostage.

There's a lot on this one, Ghosts, as failure could mean many deaths back in stateside. Command and Forth Echelon are counting on you to get what's necessary to secure those bombs and shutdown this operation indefinitely.
