For my second Longboiler video, I decided to take her for a run on the North Somerset Railway, which is available on Steam. As for the Longboiler (NER 1001 class), she was made by Victorian Lad and is available on Digital Traction.

On this run, we go from Radstock to Frome Market. Along the way we only stop at Kilmersdon and Mells Road, even though I tried to stop at Mells and Flowers Farm, but ended up failing. Such is the nature of approaching a station too fast in an engine that only relies on handbrakes and throwing it in reverse in order to slow down.

In a rather embarrassing mistake, I ended up completely overshooting the platform at Frome Market, and had to reverse back into the platform in order to open the doors. But aside from that, I still think this was a good run.
