In this lecture we discussed the detailed mechanism of transcription process.
In this video , we discussed the first part of Central dogma which is transcription.Gene expression and regulation is very important for central dogma. The Important concepts elaborated in the lecture are steps of transcription which initiation, elongation and termination.
Lecture is very important for Mdcat,NEET, eata and other tests
Structure of RNA polymerase is also discussed both for RNA polymerase holoenzyme and RNA polymerase 1,2,3 in case of eukaryotes. The difference between Prokaryotic and Eukaryotic transcription is also explained thoroughly.
