Wobble hypothesis|how multiple codons code single amino acid| genetic code degeneracy

One of the basic question about genetic code is related to genetic code degeneracy where students always think that how one amino acid can be encoded by several codons. Like serine is encoded by six different codons. So don't worry here we are going to discuss the wobble hypothesis also called wobble effect which explains that how multiple codons can code for one sort of amino acid during process of translation.
Lecture is a sort of prequel of translation mechanism which is a process to make proteins from RNA.
The lecture starts with mRNA structure, properties of genetic code especially genetic code redundancy aka degeneracy. Where it is explained how single amino acid can be coded by more than one codon with the help of wobble effect. Now what is wobble hypothesis , is elaborated completely with the help of structure of tRNA. tRNA contain three loops which are D loop, theta loop and anticodon loop. Then in the end structure of ribosomes and how antibiotics target ribosomes prokaryotic ribosomes are explained very well.
Wobble hypothesis also called wobble effect or wobble base pairs is explained thoroughly in hindi and urdu.
