This is probably the most boring battle in Ranked multiplayer of Three Kingdoms ever played, or should I say not played. It's what happens when there are no objectives in a battle and the players both decide to wait for the other player to attack. It ends in a draw. This is not how you design a multiplayer game, Shogun 2 TW multiplayer also started with this problem but the developers at CA listened to the community and added key buildings which when captured gave victory points and started a win clock. This made sure no players could camp or refuse to do battle, like we see here. This is just an example how backwards design of a game will lead to uninteresting gameplay and a waste of time for players. If you want to help me with asking CA to add key buildings again, please add your support for this idea on the official forums topic: https://forums.totalwar.com/discussion/245320/please-add-key-building-to-the-ranked-multiplayer-again/p1?new=1
