The Open Jungle is a demo of Unreal Engine 4.9.2, compiled for DirectX 12 with the release of Unreal Engine 4.9.
This demo can also be run in DirectX 11 mode.
Running in DirectX 12 mode requires elevated privileges. 64-bit operating system is mandatory.

I could not offer OpenGL modes in this demo due to an unknown content cooking failure bug.

MINIMUM SUGGESTED DIRECTX 12 CONFIGURATION

Windows 10 64-bit
4 GB of system memory
Direct3D feature level 11_0 compatible hardware with at least 1 280 MB of video memory
(Preferrably NVIDIA GeForce GTX 470 or AMD Radeon HD 7850 or better)

Because of Unreal Engine 4's deferred rendering techniques, the engine relies on data from the previous frame to render the current frame. As a result, the engine is not well suited to SLI/Crossfire GPU setups.

This demo is recorded in DirectX 11 mode using Open Broadcaster Software and although stutterings occur in video output, there's really no stuttering during the recording of this video. Due to massive amounts of vegetation, FPS values have dropped to as low as 5 FPS, with 7-10 FPS average.
