The next destination for us in the Towers of the Twin Dragons now that we have double jump. While the ability has been rather uneventful until now, we do have an area that we couldn't access before. This does lead us to an area where we get poisoned for the first time, but luckily our newest familiar shard, Carabosse, can use some fairy healing items to help heal us. This saves our bacon as we were nearly ready to succumb to the poison. Honestly, we still could have eaten some food and potentially used some potions to stave the poison off until it expired.
As we continue to push forward, we see an enemy type that Lindsey wants us to kill, so that's a bonus. We also run into the boss of the area, the Twin Dragons. This fight is a bit confusing seeing as how we are being attack from both sides. We are able to brute force our way to victory, but got hit by attacks we probably could have avoided with a bit more study.
Afterwards we return to Arrantville, and turn in a variety of quests. It must have been a little while since we had been back, because we have a decent amount of shard upgrades, and even some money to buy meal ingredients. In doing so, we do manage to interrupt a conversation between Dominque and Zangetsu not once, but twice. I feel like there should have been more of a gap there, but we were out for a bit longer than was expected. Perhaps.
