In this video, I go over a fix for installing old Windows Betas on Microsoft Virtual PC 2007. By default, VPC will sync the Virtual Machine's time and date with the host computer. I show you how to edit the Virtual Machine Configuration file so that you can disable time syncing and successfully install Windows Betas!
