Walk Souls is a leisurely (as possible) playthrough of a Souls game, focused on the feeling of walking as it pertains to travelling through, within, around, near, towards, away from spaces (buildings, fields, caves, etc) within the game.

DESCRIPTION
-------------------

I walk around Heide's Tower of Flame, and then we walk down the partially-submerged tower, eventually reaching the cave that contains No Man's Wharf, where we will continue next episode.

NOTES
---------

We finally get to observe Heide's Tower of Flame in peace. The water is an interesting reference point: from far away, it seems peaceful, it seems rougher the closer we get. The staircases in Heide's lower our view towards the horizon, and the water becomes increasingly treacherous, reaching a maximum at the first bonfire in this area where we are right near the water, much like the experience of viewing the ocean from a beach, a hotel, or from a dock right over the water.

There's some circular areas but your attention is drawn to the horizon and nearby Drangleic island, vs. any sort of verticality, thanks to the lack of any sort of pillars.

Reaching the tower of flame is kind of fun, we walk around the outside of a small tower on a sort-of-scary outer staircase, eventually we go into a dark inside of a tower, which takes us into a submerged area where we can look down from an above floor to a bottom floor. On the bottom floor there is water up to your ankle, which has a great sound to it - giving the feeilng of motion being opposed, conjuring feelings that you shouldn't be in the area because of how different the motion of walking through flooding is.

Eventually we get to a cave, whcih feels infinite because of its darkness, and also kind of feels like being in tall grass because of the tall stalagmites(?) blocking our view. Then we see the no man's wharf, which we talk about more next time.
