Everspace is a roguelike space exploration style game, with combat simulator elements, following in the footsteps of games like Freelancer, or Darkstar One. This run uses the default Interceptor ship.
Continuing with our Everspace run, farming some more credits to continue unlocking pilot perks and upgrading our Interceptor. You might be able to tell why the Lightning Gun is my favourite all around weapon in the game. But will it be enough to see us further in the run, or will we explode in a hail of debris? We also experiment with the Action Freeze function in the game, where you can take any of the amazing vistas the game throws at you and immortalise them in screenshots. If someone made a game as pretty as this, with the objective being to hunt out specific systems or conditions and take pictures of them, I would throw my money at them, just saying. Space Tourist Simulator, anyone?
