24The Battle of the Bulge: one of the last minute climaxes of the Second World War depicting one final push from the German Wehrmacht against the Western Allies. In the skies above the Ardennes, the clouds were thick during the 1944-45 Winter period, restricting the effectiveness of aerial combatants, yet nonetheless pilots flew when the conditions were suitable, and once again the German Luftwaffe would clash with the Western Allied Air-forces.
In this episode of War Thunder, I take to the skies in the Tempest Mk. V, a plane I highly respect historically as the pinnacle of British aircraft design, in the hope of taking on the potent BF 109s and FW 190s and adding a few more victories to my score sheet.
