Warhammer 40,000 - Tyranid Genestealer - McFarlane Toys Action Figure Review
We have another McFarlane Toys Warhammer figure up for review!
Were taking a look at the Genestealer, from the Tyranid race!
McFarlane toys did a great job with this figure, bringing this alien with 6 limbs into a small package, you have to pop in the arms into the socket yourself! its a tight fit, so you might want to warm up the socket first with hot air or water.
Coming with no accessories, we look to the figure itself for value, and while the figure itself is solid, lots of sturdy and tight joints, I've got to wonder, what could have this figure came with?
The paint is light, but as usual the sculpting is great from McFarlane toys. Articulation wise its fine, only that the Genestealer is permanently stuck in a hunching pose, while he can stand up tall if adjusted, the knees are sort of locked into a chicken walking position, limiting range.
Overall a great figure, a must have for any Warhammer collector, and even fits great outside of a Warhammer collection, makes a great alien for any other figure to pose with.
He's out in stores now, with a alternate unpainted variant, with a different head sculp, and arms!
