As Aiden arrives in Pawnee, he's gotta hack into the local CTOS center. Once he's got access, he tracks down Kenney's signal to a computer in the marina. From there, he finds another signal from a guy named "Ray" at an abandoned CTOS station in the mountains. Aiden hacks into the terminal and stumbles upon an audio log with Ray's location - turns out he's chilling in a bar in Pawnee. Aiden heads over there and meets a dude who goes by "T-Bone Grady". Aiden asks T-Bone if he knows Kenney, and T-Bone challenges him to a drinking game. Aiden comes out on top, but T-Bone ain't too happy and throws him out of the bar. Aiden manages to handle him a bit with his baton, but T-Bone, who is actually Raymond Kenney, zaps Aiden with a taser and knocks him out. Aiden wakes up in Ray's safehouse, and Ray explains that he can't help him in Chicago 'cause the CTOS is after him. Ray tells Aiden that if he can upload a virus into the Blume database, it'll erase his signal and let him go to Chicago. T-Bone then shows Aiden his safehouse, complete with some armed robots he made for protection. T-Bone makes Aiden a deal - if he does some favors for him, T-Bone will help him out. First task: steal a truck with some hardware that the Pawnee Militia took from Aiden. T-Bone then asks him to follow a Blume helicopter that's heading to a Blume compound, because Aiden needs the ID of a Blume security chief to get into their headquarters. Aiden finds the two chiefs at a camping area and copies their IDs. Then he takes out a few Militia men who are on their way to the Blume HQ. T-Bone tells him that he's made a virus that should erase any file about Kenney from the database. Aiden then goes to the Blume HQ. He sneaks in and uploads T-Bone's virus into the database. But while using the cameras, he sees a meeting between Charlotte Gardner and Damien, who offers to give up Kenney's location in exchange for total access to the CTOS. Feeling like Kenney's cover is blown, Aiden escapes the compound and races to T-Bone's hideout, where they're attacked by the Militiamen. T-Bone has no choice but to blow up his hideout, with Aiden covering him. They both escape and head to their next destination, the Bunker. T-Bone, also known as "the legendary Raymond Kenney," is initially doubtful about Damien's deal, but eventually agrees to help him. Aiden then goes to Rossi-Fremont, after asking Jordi for sniper support. Aiden enters the building, takes out any opposition, and hacks into Iraq's server. As he leaves, he comes face to face with Iraq himself. Iraq flees to the rooftop, with Aiden in pursuit. Aiden finally takes him down, along with his remaining security. After escaping the compound, Aiden heads back to the Bunker to see what he obtained from Iraq.
