After hacking into the local CTOS center, Aiden enters the Black Viceroys' compound and disables their security terminals to make it easier for him to infiltrate. He discovers that the Viceroys have redirected all CTOS activity in the area, which is suspicious considering that Blume, the company in charge of CTOS, has not taken any action to fix it. Aiden realizes that Chicago has underestimated the Viceroys as just a street gang, when in reality they are organized and intelligent. Aiden hacks into the CTOS tower at the Viceroys' compound and then leaves the area. On his way to the Bunker, Aiden receives a call from Tobias, who tells him about a weapons trade being organized by the police. After returning to the Bunker and talking to Clara about teamwork, Aiden uses his CTOS access to view Rossi-Fremont's cameras and learn more about their operations. He discovers that they use cross wiring and have a lot of weapons, confirming his suspicion that the Viceroys are not just a regular street gang. Aiden and Clara witness Delford "Iraq" Wade coming out of a secure server room, which requires a security card hidden in his dog tags. They see Iraq meet with his cousin, Tyrone "Bedbug" Hayes, and a member of the Chicago South Club. Lucky Quinn, the head of the Club, gets on the phone and angrily questions Iraq about stealing his guest list. Iraq dismisses it as a business collaboration. After the call, Iraq gets angry at one of the Viceroys for explaining Quinn's phrase to him and violently attacks him with the briefcase containing the guest list. He then dismisses his henchmen and goes back to the server room. After observing the events, Aiden devises a plan to access the locked room. He believes that Bedbug's incompetence will lead to his downfall, so he intends to blackmail him into helping by obtaining evidence of his next mistake. Additionally, Aiden receives a call from Damien and is able to speak to a calmer Nicky, who is teased about his recent car chase and his fight against the Fixers searching for Tobias. Aiden arrives in Bedbug's neighborhood and starts to follow him as he meets with various people. Gradually, Aiden collects audio logs and videos that prove Bedbug is disloyal to Iraq. Eventually, Bedbug receives a call from his informant Rabbit, who warns him that Iraq plans to kill him. Despite Rabbit's attempt to negotiate, Bedbug becomes aggressive and pulls out a gun. Aiden intervenes by causing a disruption, giving Rabbit a chance to hide. Bedbug becomes furious and orders his gang to kill Rabbit. Aiden contacts Rabbit and offers to help him escape in exchange for information. Rabbit agrees and either escapes on his own, providing Aiden with information, or is attacked, and Aiden has to hack his phone for the information. Either way, Aiden learns that an ambush is planned for Bedbug at the closed Sienna Brick Factory, also known as "The Bricks". Aiden decides to set a trap for the hitmen, making it appear as if Bedbug killed dangerous criminals. This would earn him trust from Iraq and increase his reputation among the Black Viceroys. Aiden contacts Jordi to acquire explosives and plans to meet him and his associates. However, Aiden discovers that Jordi's associates are actually dead bodies. Aiden tests the explosives and sets them up for an ambush. Using his own equipment, Aiden successfully kills the hitmen and their reinforcements. Aiden then reveals his plans to Bedbug and asks for his help. Bedbug suggests approaching Iraq at an auction, where he and Quinn will be present. Clara offers to copy Iraq's RFID chip if Aiden gets close enough.
