In regards to the statement, "What is That!", we know and we will fill you in shortly.

In this Episode of the Turbo Cortina Roll Racer , Dan get himself a new 250 Cross flow engine to help speed up the process of getting this Roll Racer on the track faster with more adjustable power.

Dan got this new engine off a fellow member of the West Coast Vanners and its been sitting in dry storage for a while, so they struck a deal. This new 250 Cross Flow engine is already set up for a Turbo configuration and all parts are ready to bolted on in place. Dan had already got the turbo manifold from the engine earlier and was trying to configure the 250 Stroked Engine with Josh. It has been sitting for a while without a sump pan on it and there is some surface rust on the crank shaft, so it going to be a surprise when he takes the heads off. However, we do have the parts ready for it.

The new engine is a low compression Ford 250 crossflow engine with low compression pistons and a decompression plate. See that answers to the question in the title. This engine will allow Dan to get the Cortina back on the track faster with more power. He could have used the stroked 250 crossflow engine but it would have taken long to set up the power ratios correctly for optimal performance for the track.

But do not worried, we have plans to increase the power of the 250 crossflow stroked engine but adding Forge internals and other performance parts for the future track use. Besides that, Dan has had the 250 crossflow head for the stroked engine in a head repair shop for over a year now and no results. A present, there is a number of shop that are taking on projects, promising they will get it done and never delivering. It would be better to say, I can't get to this until next year are you happy to wait. Grrr hate that.

Well it time to speed up this Turbo Cortina Roll Racer project , so we can get trackside to watch some cool racing. Stay tuned for the next episode to see what is next.

Thanks for Watching.
