Hi everyone, Dan here from Aussie Garage. Today we are going to tackle getting the intake manifold for the 250 Crossflow engine sorted. We have a laser cut template that matches the intake manifold inlets and we have laser cut throttle body plate for the end of the intake manifold.

To start with with we need to add the intake manifold template to the head ready for Josh from Northern City Speed and Extra Auto Care to manufacture the 250 Crossflow engine requirements.

As you can see we have OHS Lawn as our workstation, not so good for the back at this stage. So lets get cutting and grinding this pipes ready to placed on the template. Now that we have the pipes and the holes cut, its time to tack them together and then test them out.

Great, now we have a rough template, Josh is going to take them back to workshop, clean the welding up and spend a number of more hours welding this into the requirements need to get this Turbo Cortina Roll Racer ready for the track soon.
