Cale Makar was one of the NHL's best prospects before the 2019-2020 season, and he proved himself as one of the NHL's best rookies during the 2019-2020 season for the Colorado Avalanche, battling it out with the Vancouver Canucks' Quinn Hughes, the Buffalo Sabres' Victor Olofsson, the Chicago Blackhawks' Dominik Kubalik, the Montreal Canadiens' Nick Suzuki, and a few other notable top NHL rookies too. The former Brooks Bandits defender was able to notch himself an incredible 50 points in 57 games in Denver, and the sky is looking to be the limit for what could be a franchise potential player. Ultimately though, this video asks the question, where does he go from here? What's next for Cale Makar?
