Why Do I Think Negatively: Creating a Dysfunctional Thought Record| Psychotherapy Crash Course
In this video, I discuss why we think so negatively about the things around us and how we contribute to our own dysfunctional thought processes. Although this is a form of CBT - cognitive behavior therapy, it's also a form of existential psychotherapy because we're focusing on how our lives impact us and the way we see life.
In this video, I also walk you through a CBT activity that may be helpful to you in processing how you view things in your life.
