How Do I Cope With Being Quarantined? Tips For Family Involvement | Psychotherapy Crash Course
0I'm sure you are all tired of hearing about Corona virus. It's everywhere you go. But in today's final video on the topic I want to point out ways that you can cope with those you are quarantined with. Being self-quarantined or made to self-isolate isn't easy, especially when you are around others you would typically prefer to avoid or have some time away from.
Although this video is about managing difficult family members during this time, you can still use some of the tips for managing family at all times.
