Why should you play the Danganronpa series
Coming out in Japan in 2010 and four years later officially in the US in 2014, Danganronpa is known as one of the premier titles in the murder-thriller visual novel genre.
With an evil, but humorous and likable bear, Monokuma, and a cast of 16 talented high school students in each game (Danganronpa 1, 2, and v3), the game soon becomes tense when a high school student is murdered.
A blend of another popular series, Ace Attorney, and reminiscent of the Japanese movie, "Battle Royale," we'll break down "why is Danganronpa so popular."
