Wings of Wor/Gynoug Playthrough: Round 5: Inside the Beast (Hard)
6This is by far the grossest, strangest level you will see in the entire game. It appears that Wor is inside the body of a insanely massive beast.
The effects here are bright and wavy as you'll have to fight through everything in here. That must be some crazy monster. Then again, this is pretty cool to see in a game like this.
The Round's midboss, Slog, is pretty creepy on his own. He looks like a giant, naked corpse of a man. You kill him by shooting the orb floating on his knees. It flashes red when you hit it.
The main boss of this Round is Perfidy. I don't know just WHAT the hell he is, but there's something... phallic about him. He's the largest boss in the whole game and, if given the chance, also the longest.
Worst of all, this boss' Japanese name, Joou, means "Queen". Aiadhawjddajdbajbas.
Just focus all of your fire on his face all while dodging his projectiles. The swirly, red ones can be destroyed.
Also, notice how the screen stops waving and gets dark when you reach Perfidy. It's almost as if he, or perhaps SHE, is the core of whatever beast Wor is swimming through.
