Wings of Wor/Gynoug Playthrough: Round 4: Factory (Hard)
8Round 4 is a factory. The first part of this Round is much faster compared to everywhere else, so you have to avoid crashing a lot. There's also a few sections than contain hidden items you can reveal by shooting. After the midboss, the rest of this level is much slower-paced.
The midboss is Monotrog. Attack its ship while avoid its shots, including the heads floating around it.
The main boss is one of the more disturbing ones in the game: Orrpus. He looks to be a disembodied upper body with a built-in machine on him. According to the Japanese version, this... THING... is the Plant Manager. He's literally the boss of this factory!
You have to shoot at his floating heart when the heart is in your range, all while avoiding the many red blood cells flying out of this freak.
To me, the whole design and detail of this boss is foreshadowing what Round 5 is gonna be like. Ugh...
