I started with Bolt Rail, Shock Line, Line Shock Agent, and Phantom Brigade.

Phantom Brigade is the only way to start with 2 "Agent" class Arcana, and Line Shock is my personal favorite of the other 5 Agents. I then paired it with the absolute best stunlock Basic Arcana that also has minimal knockback, and my favorite dash Arcana (Shock Line blocks projectiles and also provides instant reliable Shock hitstun).

My starting Relic is the Pop-Up Primer to have more Agents on the field.

My outfit is Tempo for the reduced cooldowns, which equates to more uptime for Agents.

My goal was to acquire more Agent spells, more Relics that benefit Agents, and as much cooldown reduction as possible.

Ultimately I got some useful luck but not the perfect dream combo of summoning godliness. So In my opinion this strategy is still incomplete. However, even in its incomplete form it completely cheeses the game and devastates Master Sura. The Agent AI is ruthless and they are very fire-and-forget, freeing you up to focus on dodging. Free win tbh.
